So much for this heart
My heart is just one. It can beat for a lifetime. It can feel a lot of emotions - pain, joy, regret, and love. It has been to an emotional journey. It grew tired of feeling pain, sick of regrets, filled with occasional joy and cascading love.
My heart is my master. It has a mind of its own. It has its own course. I have become the slave. It mastered my mind and controlled my actions. Sometimes, I feel powerless and at the same time joyful.
My heart is my companion. It has become mobile. It goes with my soul. It accompanies me to places I am desirous of visiting. It’s my companion in all my waking, sleeping, and falling moments. I am thankful for it always knows.
My heart is super powerful. It never stops beating to keep me alive. It’s amazing how it allows me to love again and feel loved everyday.
